Refund Policy

At Ecolux Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your panels, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
• Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
