Warranty for wall panels
Our Wall panels are manufactured with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We stand behind our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Length of Warranty
This warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and is only available to the original purchaser of the product.
What the Warranty Covers
· Material Defects: Covers defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the Wall panels.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
· Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance.
· Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
· Normal wear and tear.
· Colour fading or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight, heat or chemicals.
· Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs by anyone other than authorized representatives.
Claims Process

Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either replace the defective panels or refund the portion of the purchase price for the defective panels. We reserve the right to provide similar material if the defective material is unavailable or discontinued.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
